What makes this book different is the detail and the step by step order you should use to make those techniques as effective as possible.This is a very quick read packed with information that is simply written and very well organized. Which makes rereading it constantly a pleasure.I'd give this book ten stars if I could. I give it an enthusiastic thumbs up.

Even though the title and cover may seem kitchy, this book does all it promises and more! It does make "retail selling easy" - it breaks down all the barriers to making effective connections with your customers, and gives reasonable, simple advice on how to do so. The day after receiving this book I tried some of the recommended techniques, with immediate results. It proved to me that you don't have to be a "shark" or a "used-car salesman" to achieve high sales; and actually, that this type of aggression drives customers away. I highly, highly recommend this book to anyone working in sales or customer service in any capacity!
